It all begins with an idea.
Our Plan to Grow B&C Waste Solutions
I didn’t start this business just to make a living — I started it to make a real difference in people’s lives, homes, and futures.
I’m here for the community — because I truly believe that sometimes, people just need help.
No judgment. No pressure. Just someone willing to show up and get the job done.
I’ve been the guy working 100-hour weeks, looked down on for being the youngest in the room. I’ve done the jobs nobody wanted, and I’ve seen how the big companies treat clients like numbers. That’s not how I wanted to do business. I wanted to build something different — something personal, something real.
What Growth Looks Like for B&C
Affordable, Fair Pricing
No inflated rates or games — just honest work priced for regular folks. I’ve been there. I know what it’s like to need help and feel like you have no good options. I won’t be the guy who takes advantage of that.
Keep It Local
I was raised in small-town Kansas. The people here are tough, loyal, and deserve the same in return. I’m committed to hiring local, spending local, and keeping money in our communities — because that’s how real trust is built.
Monthly Giving to Those in Need
Each month, a portion of our profits goes to support local schools, kids in need, and animal shelters. The bigger we grow, the more we give. I’ve had months where I didn’t know how I’d pay my own bills — so I know how much even a little help can mean.
Donating & Reusing Salvaged Items
Furniture, tools, clothing — if it’s still usable, we’ll find a new home for it. I’ve personally dropped off items to families who needed them. Nothing useful should end up in the landfill if someone else can benefit from it.
Second-Chance Employment
This business stands for second chances. Whether someone is rebuilding after addiction, prison, or just a rough patch, I want B&C to be a place that gives people purpose and pride again.
Mentorship for the Next Generation
Nobody gave me a playbook. I figured this out the hard way. That’s why I want to give back by mentoring young people interested in this line of work — cleanup, compliance, or building something of their own.
My 5-Year Vision
Over the next five years, I plan to grow B&C Waste Solutions into a trusted, full-scale service provider across Kansas and Oklahoma — while keeping it rooted in community and compassion.
Here’s what’s on the roadmap:
Expanding into more counties
Hiring and training a full-time local crew
Partnering with schools, nonprofits, and cities
Launching a family & veteran support program
Operating our own shop to process and store salvaged items
Eventually, I want B&C to be more than a service — I want it to be a known name when someone doesn’t know where else to turn. Whether that’s a widow with a house full of memories, a bank with a foreclosed property, or a teenager looking for a first job — I want B&C to show up.
This Isn’t Just a Cleanup Company
It’s a business built on second chances, community giving, and showing up when people need help the most.
I’m building it one job at a time, one good deed at a time.
This business has my name on it — and that means something to me. It means I stand behind every job. It means I’m the one who picks up the phone. It means if something’s wrong, I’ll make it right.
